Gameplay and community differences between Europe and NA

Hello everyone, I live in the United States however I spend a lot of time in Europe. Mostly Russia.. I have a lot of friends in Europe and this is why I play on the EUW server. However, sometimes it makes me very very mad due to the communicaiton difficulties and the time difference. I am curious about other players experience playing on the NA server. How are the people? The English/Communication? Toxicity? Overall skill in gameplay?

I would create a new account and take a look for myself, however, I am more curious to find out how it is at lvl 30 and primarily ranked.. All input would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.

Just like america, it varies wildly. Naturally the community is very loud/vocal, so often there is a lot of passive aggressive behavior, can meet some of the coolest or rudest people on any given day. Communication can be great and can be non existant.

There are a good number of truly bad people, but a lot of good ones too. People tend to be cocky and reckless often. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
