How big is the difference between lesser and normal runes?
I dont feel like spending a ton of IP on runes right now, how much of a difference would it really make?

it's to the point where it's literally no point even getting tier 1-2 runes
You're already over level 20, so there's absolutely no reason to consider picking up T1 and 2 Runes. Don't waste the IP.
everytime they escape with little over 0 hp are all examples how how every bit counts
Guess Ill be farming tier 3 runes for years then.
