Hopes for next Patch Balance Changes

This is everything I want to see in the next patch notes. Please don't comment with "lol salty I see you lost against X champion 63 games ago, nice try noob git gud",

First off, Runanns no longer procs on hit effects on bolts, there you go, largely fixes caitlyn and twitch.

Ryze: no longer has a shield or movement speed when he combos.

Vayne: no longer has bonus damage at all on Tumble

Caitlyn:Net no longer grants a headshot, traps cost more mana as you rank it up, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60.

Camille: I think it goes without saying that nerfs are needed.

Darius: Fix the grab visuals, it seems very off based on what the visual is, and where you're actually still grabbable.

Fiora: Get rid of % max hp true damage, just a bad idea.

Fizz: Fix ult, the "attaches to nearby champ" thing is ridiculously unclear for how much Riot wants "clarity"

Hecarim: E is now a dodgeable move, not an enhanced auto attack (Think Jayce melee form Q). This would fix the whole "700 damage charge from a 600 movespeed pony" thing where he deletes the adc with just a trinity force.

Ivern: Waaaaaay longer shield cooldown. If he buys 40 or 45 cdr, the shield should still be down for like 6 seconds. Also give daisy an actual cooldown.

Janna: Longer shield cooldown

Jayce: Pls. Just please. E Q Combo damage needs to just NOT do 700 damage with 190 ad, too much damage for too little risk. Also fix the bug with his knockback where it will cancel out whatever dash a champion is currently in, and send them back to their origin pre dash. This happens with 2 champs that SHOULD counter jayce, Riven and renekton, but they currently CANNOT, because of this bug, which effectively cancels out their mobility.

Karma: Longer shield cooldown. See a pattern here?

Katarina: Revert her W to old W, with the old damage. she currently has too many daggers if they're gonna stay doing that much damage. Add to this fact that each one gives her a shunpo reset, and it makes her supremely fucking annoying to play against, (think yasuo) since she's just spamming E in fights and dodging stuff without event trying to, all while doling out massive AOE damage.

Kha Zix: Give unevolved W a slow (20% or something), and get rid of the stupidly low Q cd after he evolves Q, it makes objectives too safe for him, and 1v1'ing him impossible. I get that he should excel at taking out people who are alone, but it's stupid that I can be a 5/0 mid and still be unable to 1v1 an 0/5 kha zix.

Leblanc: Massive number nerf on E and W, Longer cooldown on W, less time to blink back to W.

Lux: Make E Cast range lower based on points in the skill. Mana cost now 70/80/90/100/110, but lower range at all levels until level 5, so her lane isn't as oppressive.

Nidalee: Cougar cooldown changes reverted back to 4 seconds instead of 6.

Orianna: Q cooldown up to 8/6/7/5/4, from 6/5.25/4.5/3.75/3 Force her to build CDR for low cooldowns.

Pantheon: Idk, needs a rework to be honest, playing against him with anyone who doesn't have a low cooldown shield is cancerous and unfun, and he's pretty ridiculously good at trades since he can block up to three autos in a skirmish if he uses abilities correctly.

Poppy: I believe they're already planning on nerfing shield duration, I'd say that's a good part to nerf.

Rengar: Revert rework.

Shyvana: I don't even know where all of the damage she does comes from, so I honestly don't know how to nerf it.

Syndra: Magic damage per sphere on ult down to 60/100/140 from 90/135/180. This would just reduce ult damage by a flat amount, so if she spams q twice and throws a W at you and misses all of them, the ult would deal around 30 damage less per 6 spheres, making 180 less damage. Minimum damage would now be 180/300/420, down from 270/405/540. Everyone gets that syndra is supposed to be able to delete a squishy, but she shouldn't be able to miss q w, press r, and delete an adc who has 70 magic resist. This should fix that.

Tryndamere: Rework, tumor in champion form.

Twisted Fate: Now has to "shuffle" the deck, by using one blue, red, and gold card, before being able to take a duplicate. Stun bots are cancer, and so is this champion once he reaches any amount of cooldown reduction. It's not cool to have to deal with a stun potentially every 2.7 seconds, when the stun lasts 2 seconds itself. Adding to this the fact that he can achieve 45 cdr while staying inside of an excellent build path (lich bane, lucidity boots, morello +5 in masteries), and this is not cool.

Veigar: Give him a similar kit to nasus, he shouldn't be able to stack AP for free like he currently can. His stacks should increase his Q damage only, not grant him a free amount of AP. I've seen veigars simply building morello and tank items lately, and having around 500 ap at mid game, being unkillable, and having completely spammable abilities, since he just gets AP from hitting spells now, including Event Horizon.

Vi: longer Q CD. Shouldn't be able to Q an enemy, ult the same enemy, then Q again.

Viktor: Really annoying that his hex core provides so much AP, while scaling by level, as rabadon only gives 130 AP, hex core shouldn't give more than that.

Yasuo: Give E an actual cooldown at early levels, not just a cooldown for using it on the same enemy unit. 3/2/1/.5/.1 would fix a lot of yasuo's problems, but I doubt he would be fixed with this anyway.

Zac: Reduce base damages, and reduce the width of his elastic slingshot. He currently rushes 40 cdr and has all the damage and tankiness he needs to be extremely effective in teamfights, often zoning the adc by himself.

Zilean: Drastically reduce the slow/speed up amount on his E. Reduced to 20/30/40/50/60% from 40/55/70/85/99% Who the fuck needs a point and click 99% slow? Really who thinks shit up like this?

Zyra: Reduce the charge time on W for seed pods, and no more passive seed pod generation. Make each seed pod cost 20/25/30/35/40 mana. This will force her to be smart with mana and harass in lane, while not being allowed to spam q and pop 5 plants up because of the free seed pods from passive.

I actually agreed with most of them including my main champs in there which are Syndra and Zyra. For Zyra, her Q and plants do a lot less damage and less reliable hit box compared to the old Zyra. Not only that, plants only last for 6s and has less health instead of 10s like the old one. Her W seeds used to have a shorter CD plus 10% CD if maxed first and don't cost any mana. If you remove Zyra passive, you have to add something else to her. I hope it's not random plants again since it's only benefit OK Zyra and not so much for good Zyra.

It does seem like everyone in the list does too much damage but it's really depend on what items are you building as well. Defensive items give a lot more stats compared to offensive items so I don't really know how to balance it out.
