14 day suspension for talking to a troll in my game
So i've been chat restricted in the past fairly recently for similar shit where I tell trolls and whiners and griefers to fuck off, and I don't really care about that, but this is getting really annoying. I got into a lobby with this person and immediately there's an argument between him and another person from his previous game. The previous game he had gone teemo jungle, inted, died 17 times, but didn't outright run it down mid, and he was doing the "I'm not trolling :)" bullshit that we all know means "Hey fuck you the system can't detect this so fuck you". So he forces this guy to dodge the first lobby, and like an idiot, I didn't leave the Queue. The next lobby he immediately hovers teemo jungle, so I ban it away, and he then picks ryze jungle. 3 games of ryze total, all ranked, all jungle. Anyway, this is the chat. This is the ONLY game referenced for the ban, by the way.
I've linked his profile so you can see the games he's quite clearly picking this shit first time ranked and just straight up dying upwards of 10 times each game.

Why am I getting a 14 day suspension for this behavior that literally wasn't even bad, but this guy can troll games over and over and have immunity from even CRITICISM in game from other players that just want a fun game? This is the type of policy that drives players away. You'll protect the troll from being told off and asked why he's trolling, but you won't protect the integrity of ranked games?
And why did I have FOUR teammates that defended this behavior? It's quite clear that this is not someone trying to win the game. Why is this tolerated and defended?
Maybe this suspension was because of other behavior that wasn't listed, by all means, if that's the case, tell me and I'll fuck off and eat the suspension, but if this was really the only reason... ???
