Kayne needs buffs to his wind up animation times
Everything about his kit is real sluggish and slow. I never played him but even when hes fed i'm able to beat him. He definetly needs buffs.

in all honesty this probably should only apply to shadow assassin kayn (as the animation time for his q kinda drops his dps).
With darkin kayn his kit covers for that (powerful sustain + decent damage + some cc). - and he's likely to have one of his abilities up almost all the time (low cd on q ~3-4 seconds).
Most games with darkin kayn result in him being a pain to kill while allowing him to be a powerful threat (he doesn't fall off because of this).
Whereas Shadow assassin kayn has to build damage to make his kit function to its fullest and as such he falls off hard late game (when most champs can now survive his burst and whup his ass).
