how to beat swain / will he get nerfed?

Honestly i thought swain would be easy to beat mid or top, and I played many champs against him, but I have a near 100% lose rate against him (its about 94%) whether hes in my lane or not. I also noticed when i play games with my friends who main him we almost always win. how do I beat him I looked up guides rush morelloos or executioners and hex drinker if im ad etc. all the stuff people say yet my teams always lose. against other champs we win alot. and in ranked i lost 100% of games against swain, and won 100% of games with him on my team. i have a 58% win rate in ranked this season. (climbing for the first time never really played ranked before. currently in silver). is there an easy way to beat him? please teach me how to beat him. and is there any time soon he will be nerfed?

Well he has no mobility or escapes making him easy target for ganks early. So he can be shut down before he scales. You can 1v1 him easily with champions like Olaf you just need to be willing to go all in. But if u just let him free farm without constant early ganks then shutting him down will be near impossible

Be defensive until you have 2 or 3 abilities. You can trade him by dashing up to him, stunning him, Q-ing him, and then get out with the second dash (in some cases, weave autos). Whenever he misses a Q, go in for a trade again. So long as you always dodge his W and watch for junglers (do not push), you should be able to beat him.

dude buy an item 3123 for god's sake and destroy him. best item combination to beat swain every time is item 3153 item 3065

Grievous wounds is your friend

item 3165 for AP champions item 3123 item 3033 for AD champions summoner 14 for everyone

Varus and Katarina have grievous wounds built into their kits

As far as actually playing against him, he's weak pre-6 so take advantage of that. He gets more healing the more targets that are around. When he uses his ult disengage off him and then re-engage when he turns it off.

In teamfights he'll try to get you to focus him then use item 3157 to force you to change aggro and let his team peel. If he does that try to chain cc him and burst him down quickly, but don't commit to it really hard.
