mechanics and reworks

fiora rework is pretty good making for kit something to be afraid if used properly the old fiora was just click spam and win but this one requires a certain amount of skill to master.

since fiora got such a great rework riot should be looking at some champs that have explosive power but not much skill required such a irelia, tryndamere, freaking yasuo, etc.

it'll help pleople get out of the mindset that banning these champs are the only way to win your games because if they dont they think its an automatic gg. I want the new player not to come in this game looking at everything with tunnel vision because if champs were more balanced i might not have to wait 10 mins to find a supp in teambuilder...
