buff teemo

Teemo needs a full rework.

Just rework Teemo already, his kit is toxic and we all know why.

To what? Buff his toxic potential to bully more melee top champs? Or are you gonna be a man and bring him mid/APC instead?

o.m.g No. You can already nearly 2 shot ADCs late game as teemo and even when you only do half their health instead of 100 percent of it they are blinded and you just kill them. No oracles (just the upgraded red trinket) makes his shrooms annoying as balls and teemo will be Satan forever.

Shit, maybe a year ago when i was newer to the game i would report people who played teemo because it i saw it as being disrespectful. I still see it that way, but hey you can't report people for picking shitty champs.
