I agree they should rework him... and by rework, I mean delete ;)
are you dumb. his early game is more broken than the US government. you build an infinity and shiv, then you can 1v1 a good amount of champs after that you can literally build whatever you want and you will do well
When ahead, 5 seconds of 
-teed not dead on a champ that builds crit is both annoying and rage worthy. you need to know when to go in and be a crit monster.
Theses champions are kited even easier.
