Lane picking for Rift Blind Pick

I'm noticing the biggest source of conflict is during the lane picking process in the pre-game chat. I have played other parts of LoL very little but noticed in one of them how you can choose your role (JG, top, mid, adc, sup). I'd love to see that system in Blind Pick Rift! Too often people don't speak up in chat or they argue "I called it first..." "No I called it first!" or they intentionally mislead by saying "bot" and then go in and CS steal from the adc. Help?
