I want blocking to block them from my games

A few games have actually tried this! It sounds like a great idea, but it causes some serious problems, especially at higher tiers of play where the playerbase is smaller. People used it to effectively blacklist people they didn't think were good players (behavior aside), so they would simply be sure of never having them on their team. In Overwatch it actually led to one Widowmaker player having queue times that were several hours long!
You may actually never see them in your games again, League has so much people playing at any moment, that it's a pretty big possibility of you never meeting most of them.
Besides, this system wouldn't work. People would just block anyone, and eventually queues would get so long, that some players would have to wait for hours to get to a game.

It would be exploitable. I would just make a script to ban everyone Silver and below.
Also it would make it so you couldn't troll the same guy multiple games in a row... Which is one of the best parts.
Honestly I'm fine with this. Riot just needs to disable the feature at platinum and above.
