win my games but take to long time any tips?

Hello i just ranked up to bronze 3. i win my games one after one. i have winrate of 64% and i maybe lose 3/10 of my games or something like that. but heres my problem MY GAME IS WAY TO SLOW. it take 35-60 mins to finish some of my games. ADC always way to greedy for kills and wont push. the jungel only go around and farm until 20 min and wont gank. the only reason we win every game its becuse the other enemy team will ff60 after the adc reach like 30-40 kills or something stupid like that. i try to push, i try as much as i can. but when i try sometimes to push a tower they will just 1v5 me so i need to escape from them. every time my team win a teamfight and maybe even score an ace they just decide to recall back to base i try to ask them "can we push real quick before they respawn" they dont really listen on me. then am i alone again and try to push as much as can but i dont really do that much damage unless i got the tower charge rune or whatever its called or play maybe a champion so do damage on the tower (i play cho gath and he arent really doing that much damage on tower unless i buy some ad items but my team always expect me to go full tank). any tips how i can push and win my games ASAP even tho my team pretty much only go for kills and not push? i dont wanna wait 60 mins until the enemy team surrender ALMOST EVERY DAMN GAME!
