Bork feels kinda... worse than it was. Only 25% attack speed now instead of 40% and the active only does 100 magic damage now and doesn't heal you. Then in return they only gave it +15 AD and +5% life steal. I thought maybe this was a slight buff and now its feeling like a nerf as i've been testing it. By nerfing the attack speed, it also kinda nerfed the on hit passive in the sense that you are applying it less often now.

I can see where Riot is trying to go with these changes but i feel like these changes aren't gonna cut it. I'd say increase the AD from 40 to 45 - 50 or increase the attack speed from 25% to 30% or maybe a mix of both?

You're right, I don't see how this makes it better. All they've done is give it more AD, but decrease the attack speed... So explain to me why an attack seed oriented champ would want it as an early item besides the ones that already use it? The crit adcs still need their crit, and since this doesn't give crit, the only time they're gonna buy it is as a 4th item, maybe 3rd, after they've gotten their crit items. I don't see how this is an example of making botrk an early option for more than a couple champions.

you don't buy bork for ad, they kinda ruined the whole point of the weapon

Or we maybe first wait and see how te changes work out?

From the earliest look of things, several ADCs are on a upswing since the patch hit (http://lolalytics.com/champions/)

Now, BotRK is not necessarily the main thing some of these profited from (there are also the nerfs to DFT, MF and Varus, as well as some direct changes), but overall, it seems to help.
