So you are able to edit your Masteries, but are you able to edit your Rune Pages?

I think it's because runes take so much longer to mess with. Masteries is click click click. Runes is....remove clicks, find the runes i need...crap do i have tier 2 in that one?....click them into place....

that's my guess

Its probably because you can use runes to completely counter a team if they are full ad and you have normal runes you could switch the MR runes to armor making the enemy get the disadvantage.

Most good players have 20 pages and have diff sets for their mains...this can already be done, if not detailed.
