Prediction: Vladimir update will be an epic fail.

From everything riot has said, it comes down to this:

• Passive: We are fine with the passive.
• Q: we are fine with the Q, won't change its functionality, will remain point and click, damage+sustain ability.
• W: Iconic ability, considered core, won't change.
• E: We will "change it", but it will remain AoE ability with same functionality, so the only thing that will change is health cost/damage/stack functionality.
• R: We are fine with R, won't change.

Uhm... so what the hell are you even changing? Everything stays the same, except how much and how fast E does damage and costs health.
