Can we have a way of getting out of lobby with someone already?

OK... sooner or later it happens. You're playing support and the other 4 lock in or some otherwise impossible combo that one more lock wouldn't fix in 10,000 years. Playing with the meta is fun sometimes but this is trolling plain and simple. These guys locked in to ruin your gameplay for teh lulz.

Even if it's just limited to promo games in ranked, even if it puts you into a low priority queue, even if it's like ARAM rerolls or a long term reward for getting "teamwork" votes... please? Can we please have a "how about no" button that doesn't involve being "punished" for not wanting to have a terrible game? Because just about every player I've met or talked to has, at some point, said "5:45 is shorter than 20:01 and I won't stay tilted" so why not make it a feature?
