[client] absolute game breaking crash, up to date main client win 10

I queue'd for a one for all, it booted one party member. We re-queue'd. We were going to lock Alistair though I doubt it matters much.

The game froze when I locked my pick, before the start of game. After that the client will not start at all. It was typical of a frozen program, the timers hung and when the cursor moved over the screen it went to a busy cursor. Eventually got the typical "client has stopped responding" message and, after a good long wait for it to respond, ended it.

STEPS TAKEN

1. Hextech Repair as admin, no reinstall -ran cleanly -no change
2. Hextech Repair as admin, reinstall -HRT crashed during reinstall, hung on uninstall Restarted the system at this time because the installer was frozen on creating a process that kept the reinstall from happening.
3. Manual Reinstall -Completed, patched, still not loading.

Where do I go from here? I'm not making it to login screen.
