Why the heck is it not treated as enemy by turrets when 
's shrooms and 
's turrets are considered as enemy by the turrets?

uhm... shrooms aren't attacked by the turrets.
Probably because she can't control where they spawn. It would suck to have your passive go off near the enemy tower and have it shot down immediately and wasting your passive. At least, that's the only reason I can think of.
