More valor

Why is Quinn by passed on a second form(if you know what I mean), take away a tiny bit from the current ult change to make it more fair. It's not fair in the since that I play Quinn a lot, I don't think it's fair to the champ that Elise, Nidalee, and possibly Jayce can stay in one form for as long as they want and the cool down is like 3+ sec. Even my first time playing her I dreamed about how cool it would be to play as more of a QUINN and VALOR, not QUINN and valor. In role play I could add a hole new aspect. Besides Nidalee and Elise are more known for their ability to adapt to the current situation, by changing forms. I always wanted more time to look at the cool bird but sadly 20 sec isn't enough. I may have put this post in the wrong place, Riot please. Also if your not agreeing or disagreeing with my opinion then don't post. for example: You don't know what your talkin' about go back to dota you scrub/nub. Not to hate on dota.
