I was on Hexakill about 2 days ago with him, was able to max out his critical and his attack speed, so every hit was 565 critical damage, every .5 seconds. It was OP as hell but still funny to watch people not build armor.

All teemo needs is his speed nerfed, and I mean nerfed. This little cockroatch can get to a max of 500 move speed+his W so like 550 move speed. It really is kinda stupid, plus his stealth passive.

Not OP, just needs some slight changes.
