Silver elo hell

Been in Silver for so long . i keep getting close to s2 then go on a huge loss streak and get so unlucky. people just give up in champ select, people first timing the new akali on my team. I just cant win. I know you gotta carry in solo queue but its so hard when everyone is constantly throwing plus people play with so much pride they would rather die then listen to pings for advice so frustrating.
