Hard Stuck silver elo hell please help

I go from silver 3 85 lp thinking i'm about to hit silver 2 (never been there before) and just keep getting unlucky. people just give up in champ select, people afk after one death, and would rather type all game instead of actually playing. now i'm silver 5 0 lp. i knew i should have taken a break while i could have; one of my problems is playing with tilt.

My question is: is there some sort of secret to get out of this nightmare? smurfs win games so easy but how can that be possible if everyone else on the team is useless?

Solo Carrying. You cannot trust your team to do ANYTHING in this ELO. You need to powerfarm early, avoid engages unless your jungle is there, just focus on getting 75+ CS by 10 minutes. Harass with Q, as MF eventually the enemy will get hit by a Q-crit because they do not know how to avoid it in silver. DO NOT go into full-on fights. If your support engages into a fight that you know you'll lose, don't go in. They'll flame you, who cares, it's better to feed one kill than two kills. If you see a fight you can win, ping support and go for it, or ask for jg gank. Farming is the only source of reliable gold that you can get in this game besides the passive gold generation, so practice it constantly. Enemy ADC could be 3/0 and you could be 0/0, but if you have 50+ CS more than them it doesn't matter because you both have the same gold.

Also KEEP DISTANCE. Know how much range their enemy support has. If they have an all-in like Leona/Thresh/Blitz, DO NOT facecheck anything, don't go near bushes that aren't warded. DYING IS THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU. Keep that mindset. Missing 5 CS, 10 CS, 20 CS, up to 30 CS is better than dying. If you die, they get 300 gold, assists gain 150-ish gold, and the ADC gets free farming time (which could be another 100+ gold, 200 for cannon waves).

In teamfights you need to ALWAYS stay by someone. In silver people will pick assassins every single game because they are trying to cheese a victory out of the meta. Stay by teammates, constantly. Your goal is to not die, don't feed any gold to assassins. They are ridiculously broken in silver because nobody knows how to play against them, but the players know how to play them relatively well. The easiest form of counterplay is to stay grouped. Ask yourself always "If an assassin came for me right now, would I die?" If so, back up. Also focus on closing out games faster, meaning take dragon, take towers when you can, take inhibs (bot inhib most important), take baron.

In terms of tilt, I have a system I usually follow. If I lose one game, I take a 15 minute break and come back. If I lose two in a row, I take a 2 hour break and come back. If I lose three in a row, or if I lose more than four out of seven games, I stop for the day.

Sure you aren't playing as many games but a game where you're tilted is an instant loss. Remember YOU are the ONLY person you can count on. You'll win more if you have a fresh mind. Remember every game is a new game, with new players. Don't be afraid to dodge. If you have no tank and they have 2 or more, dodge instantly. If they have 4 AD assassins, dodge (the armor you build as an ADC will do nothing). Ask "if the game goes for longer than 20 minutes, will they outscale us?" If it's yes for at least 3 of them, dodge. Losing 3 LP is a lot better than 20 LP. Also dodge if someone threatens to int/is super toxic.

It does come down to luck somewhat but remember, they have 5 players that could feed/afk, and you only have 4 (assuming you don't int). So it is generally in your favor. Good luck, I'm S5 myself and I get it.

  • After two consecutive losses stop playing, do normals or switch to another account. Keep playing while you're on a losing streak will tank your mmr and put you in groups of try hards and other loser streaks, so just don't do it.

  • Play carry types for which ever role you prefer, if your top/mid lane take ignite. Destroy your laner and then translate your lead into other lanes.

  • Mute enemy teams in options and don't communicate with them.

  • If your teammate flames you, don't respond or piss yourself off by responding. Just mute the dude.

  • You have to get better at the game to climb. Focus on objectives, if dragon is up you want to try and put yourself in a position so you have priority. If baron is up you need to do the same thing. Chase objectives, don't chase kills. Pay attention to your minimap, and buy lots of wards.

  • Knowledge = power in league of legends. The more you know, the more of an advantage you will have. It's important to understand the champions and their Cooldown windows and how their abilities work. This comes with lots of games and experience though.

First thing I noticed from your op.gg is your csing .

You really gotta get better at it . It seems not a lot but it actually IS the most important thing you can do . Play blind games or even bot games to focus just on your last hitting .

You dont buy pinks every game , but you do buy them fairly often and also upgrade your trinket to sweeper or farsight which is good at your elo , most people don't do that .

Also specialize in 2 to 3 champs you'll spam , not 10 like I see in yuor recent match history .

Focus on a smaller champion pool but master them until you know their damage output at any given time , so your decision makign whether to fight , to skirmish , to team fight , or to split push will be made instantly .

Try to main jungle or midlane roaming hypercarry . At your elo there are as much monkeys on your team than on enemy team . If you can impact other lane by your roaming you'll be much more likely to win . Talon / Leblanc / Ahri / Fizz / Zed / Twisted Fate for midlaner

Nocturne / Graves / Trundle / Eve for jungle are very solid choices .

But once again brother : CSing . I can't remember exactly but I think that a 13 cs advantage = same gold advantage as having a kill .

So there you go .

Play high carry potential assasins, leblanc, zed, etc. And LL Stylish said this to me when i asked how i not get scared in ranked. He said: "just realize everyone in your elo are monkies other then you" so i am winning a lot of ranked now with leblanc/zed/yasuo/akali and its not hard honestly. If i see someone make a mistake on the enemy team or my team, I just think to myself "that was so stupid" or anything along the lines, and if i do something stupid, i critisize myself on it and improve

It's impossible. You need to get lucky and roll good team mates. You'll never climb if the match maker keeps giving you feeders. Smurfs are simply lucky.

It’s not about skill by any means it just depends what you play. I play in low elo mostly top because it’s the easiest role to carry. If you are mechanically good play Renekton if not take Nasus and get 300 stacks min 17 you can oneshot their whole team then. Short reminder: Skill doesn’t matter in this elo
