Singed... rework?
Not really sure where to post this, I was more wondering if Singed will ever get a rework to his kit, he's just been in a really weird place for so long, he feels like he needs a kit update. Thoughts?

We don't have any plans to make significant changes to Singed (almost certainly balance adjustments at some point, but none currently planned). He's got a distinct playstyle, a deep mastery curve, creates great high moments and certainly isn't a jack of all trades. He is a bit weird thematically, but not in a 'this guy's failing to deliver on his core fantasy' kind of way.
I'm not personally convinced the root from the Fling/Mega Adhesive combo's sufficiently relevant to justify its existence on the kit, could imagine a world in which we took that out and replaced it with something a bit less niche. I don't play Singed much myself though, so I might be just unaware of a bunch of value that interaction provides.
He doesn't really need one, and his kit, whole a bit dull, is still unique. He's in a good spot balance wise and for strategic niches, and he has a great identity. Plenty of other champions need it more anyhow.
it's an older kit, but not really a dire need for a rework. Nothing in his inherently bad, or problematic that it can never be made viable.
But I think the bigger question is, what would you replace his kit with? You still have to maintain his identity as a mobile tank, that leaves behind a poisonous trail.
Nope. Singed is just fine, really. He doesn't need a rework.
the only change he could use is in his Mega Adhesive.
They needs to make his w a lil bomb thing thats in his fuking hand and make it do damage

I have been playing a lot of singed lately and I have to say that he is in a very good place in this meta. He is a direct counter to a lot of the juggernaut tops we are seeing and is actually a very competitive top lane champ.
That being said the mega adhesive is clunky but useful. I find myself using it to self gank top lane all the time. run out of sight, pop ult or ghost run into lane between other champ and his tower throw down a sticky field to slow his retreat and flip him back towards center of lane. It would be nice if the cast time of the sticky goo was shorter or didn't require me to stop moving.
His passive is really where he is weakest. Its not really useful given the way that he is suppose to be itemized. Most people assume he needs a tear and maybe ROA to make him viable but those are both weak items on him given his ability to harass in lane if you take AP items instead. I think he would be better off with a passive that scales on number of champs infected with poison maybe?
