so why the hell are they getting nerfed even more? Riot: oh caitlyn and draven will burst you harder then a zed by rightclicking AND their ranged, lets nerf assassins so we can make them even stronger :D

Lethality is getting buffed, not nerfed. The cost of lethality items is being lowered by 100, lethality is getting increased by 3 points on each item, and it is being changed to scale off of the user, not the target. Typically a middle lane assassin will be higher level than a duo laned ADC. This means that it will scale up faster.
Its called a meta and it shifts all of the time.
lethality should just become a melee only stat. That way ADC would stop melting full armor tanks in 3 hits and Assassins could become a viable class again.
