Perma-slows are super unhealthy.

just played a game vs a gnar top with frozen mallet and a nunu jungle. pls riot make new tenacity items. we might as well have had base 200 movespeed bc thats what we had in every fight. by the time one slow wears off the just slow you again and you cant run or get to any of them. pls this is super unhealthy for the game. any kind of permanent cc is dumb really and its getting super annoying.
