Sometimes it happens that closing the game MIGHT not instantly dodge and also logging back is kinda annoying because we all know we can be really lazy and well, login queues might be happening.
No. This would promote dodging, and there's too much of it already.
So, punish the enemy for counterpicking your comp? Hell no.
Dodging is already 100% a real thing. Not sure why people pretend it isn't... I guess making it easier WOULD (kinda) promote it more... maybe.
We already have... it's the X button on the top right corner.

Personally, I'd like to see something like this, but make it so that if just one person on a team click it, nothing happens. If two more people on a team click it, then the game is disbanded, at no penalty. I think with that idea behind it, it'd be beneficial. This of course assumes that the 3 people that click it AREN'T premade.
damn i remember in season 3 i used something (not sure what it was, i saw this on a challenger stream) that added that dodge button. it also allowed you to see the champs of the enemys in aram champ"select". bet you would be permabanned nowadays for using this tool.
People really don't look at team compositions, it's sad.

It was really horrible. Of course we were against

to top it off. I keep running into compositions issues like this at my ELO, and I don't think a simple dodge would fix it. I know it would be abused, especially by premades. I have to admit though, when I get the Teemo top and Shaco jungler, I almost start to not care.
