General thoughts how to balance champions around solo q and competitive
For competitive scene riot can create items and champions with counter synergies, so they can stop nerf hardly, champions that are already weak at solo q. Examples: vs mobile teams with the ability to kite endlessly one active item that gives ur team free blinks (portals) , u can create a portal every time ur opponent (enemy team) uses 3 or X blinks/dashes in a row
vs immobile teams with pure power one item that gives a free maokai ult at one location
vs massive cc lock team one item that gives temporary a shield at your allies for the next 2 or less seconds that blocks the next incoming cc ( not the damage)
vs support teams (lets buff x and z champion to wreck them all) one big aoe item that removes all buffs that dont come from the same champion (this item dont remove self buffs from your opponents )for 4 seconds
vs poke teams buff rg for tanks
(I dont give exact numbers just some general thoughts )
Objectives of this try
1 These item supposed to be support or tank items, dps champions dont supposed to fit or own these items
2 These items supposed to counter strategies not champions
last goal: 3 Now we dont need to nerf hard the already weak solo q champions
