A small buff for olaf that will make him follow the hyper mobility meta

When olaf uses ragnarok, q undertow gains one additional effect for the duration of ragnarok :When one champion get slowed by olaf's q they take one debuff for x seconds, this debuff leaves a trail that depend on how the enemy champion will move.This trail will remain down for 2. seconds. Olaf can walk at this trail without collisions

1 Flashes generate continuous traces 2 if the remaining duration of trail its not enough to cross the wall he returns at his starting point, before he enters at wall

Overextended low health targets must not survive from olaf, if olaf hits his q, because there are scenarios when a low health fizz or nidale they stay on lane overextend at low health because they know there is a wall near and we will escape from olaf who cant jump walls

I dint asked for a utility buff, i asked for a buff at special cases
