@Riot pls read this before you bring the new Mastery System to live.
So I did the math and im pretty sure its not 100 % accurate but even if this is really scary imo.
tl;dr: Fervor Rework allows Yasuo to go tanky again and deal a lot of Damage as long as he gets 100% crit
So he gets :
( Note: new Fervor will add you flat AD instead of adding physical on-hit Damage )

IE 20 % + PD 30 % = 50 % * 2 ( thanks to passive ) = 100 % Crit

110 Base AD + 30 FM + 25 Botrk + 70 IE + 60 AD ( full stacked reworked Fevor ) = 295 AD | giving 240% extra damage cause of that 100 % crit-chance and the 10% crit-loss on his passive and 50% of IE = 708 AD
or maybe they 10% is reduced after everything is done so it's 664.5AD/Hit.
