Auto-fill Is Broken (bring back Team Builder)

Alright so I have a lot to rant about this game but I will try to keep it to the Auto-fill problem for now.

So obviously with S7 came the Auto-Fill feature to lower queue times. I personally dont have a problem with having to Support every so often but there are serious problems after. Now while that is nice and all I have found it really isn't helping with queue times of gameplay. But first lets just discuss the queue times. So first let's start with queue.

So someone almost always is auto-filled and you have to first listen to them beg everyone to switch because who could imagine ever having to support right? Generally no one will switch and the player will proceed to: a) Try to support but ultimately be mediocre at best as they are not used to the role they are now being forced to play, b) Pick a troll champ or just troll while in game (ex. taking ADC creeps all the time or int'ing), or c) They dodge they game entirely Now obviously a and b both cause there to be a serious disadvantage to gameplay as you now have a key member of your team either playing poorly or not trying at all, which in my experience leads to toxicity and flaming, which leads to more poor play and loses. Now if the person goes with c then there is a whole new problem I have found.

So lets say that you got auto-filled and you did your best to play the role and are now "auto-fill protected" for a few games or so. Great good for you, now you can actually play a role you should be better at, but there's a catch. Remember that guy who is taking option c and dodging? Well he is on your team now that you finally got your spot. But he dodged, and now you are back in queue again. Well guess what seems to be happening (at least in my experience)? Even though you didn't actually play a game, your auto-fill protection counted it as one of your games. Now seeing as in low elo especially people dodge constantly, chances are you might get one game out of that protection before it is gone. Now I don't know if it's just me but I literally get 1 game of protection until I am back to the possibility of auto-fill. I don't know if this is a bug or something but it is ridiculous.
