Any Tips on learning to counter pick champs in bot situations.

Before I discuss counter picks, I just want to let you know that I'm a gold player with a huge champion pool as to playing all support champs before and having decent mechanics. Although right now I only play tank jungle such as Nautilus, Sejuani, Nunu, and Rammus sometimes Olaf or Lee Sin for the fun of it (even though I'm trash). In bot situation, during draft picks, I always wonder what pick are good against bot comps, especially in norms too. Like Swain/Galio, Lucian/Senna, Varus/Kench, Kai'sa/Leona, Thresh/Lucian or Yasuo/Alistar some pick like these make me wonder whether I know how to counter pick champs to the highest win rate in certain situation. Now, I'm more about data than performance. Let us say everyone has equal mechanics and skill talent. The question is whether is a good pick or not and if it doesn't work out then that just eliminates possibilities. Just imagine recording every single game from bot lane and see the outcome of each 2v2 if the jungle doesn't interfere. I know Jungle will interfere with the result but let us assume they don't. Even if its a low Elo matchup it does matter for me to improve the result so I can stand corrected once I "master" then I will work my way up to playing against the whole team. Usually, I want to win my own lane 100% and I actually do win most of my lane phases but it the matter that when you play solo the only issue is your ADC who has poor performance. The only data I know is counter pick supports most of the time. Like Leona picking against Blitz or Alistar against Thresh or even Zyra against Galio or Tahm Kench. Now my real question is that is there any data or tips that show me or mess around with bot comps against other bot comps that show any result instead of 1v1 results? Synergy is one but doesn't show any result against other bot's Synergy. I'm curious about it as a player and a "self-analyst" and use it for Clash Tournaments too! (I'm terrible with writing discussions so please try to understand, sorry if you can't and stop being too simple such as Counter Picks doesn't matter in low ELO...I CARE ABOUT IT!) Thanks for reading!
