Avoid her E at all costs. Destroy her tentacles whenever possible. I would prefer a ranged champion against her so as to avoid getting too close. Also, her Q takes forever with the animation, so use that to your advantage.

Someone with high mobility and a small hit box should be useful. Kennen or Fiora probably.
