Can you fix this game?

I am bit tired when you apply every single patch there are variaty of problem regarding the performance of the game(i.e fps drops,lag,random disconnections), spend more time and efforts to fix your crap game and deliver us some quality except new emoticons and fancy skins RIOT!!!!ITS NOT EVERYTHING ABOUT MONEY MAKING ITS ABOUT QUALITY TOO!
