Am i doing something wrong or is Qiyana just bugged?

Ever since the start of the new patch qiyana e q has felt very buggy for me. A lot of times if I q straight after pressing e the dash will just bottom out and i will use the Q. There are even a lot of times where an e q would stall for a quater of a second then q then e, taking me out of my grass enchantment shroud. I dont know if this one is mechanic but i had people get knocked back and not get stunned into the wall which my ultimate clearly hit by walking away from it mid animation. I am not lagging so idk if this is something that is meant to happen and im not doing the e-q right or a bug.
