Please fix your game PLEASE

Why is that when people join a match everyone connects at different times? Sounds like there needs to be something implemented to disable chat for a set amount of time so that all players can join the chat at the same time. Its kind of ridiculous arguing with people over who got top first. rooms should not allow any form of input until everyone has joined and it able to contribute. yes, i know that teambuilder exists. However that's a lame excuse for sloppy programming. It just sets teams and groups up for a negative game. Pre-game arguing just makes the match worse because everyone is already angry at each other. then post game is even worse. people get reported for things they didn't even do. Lazy programming. fix it.
