I was recently in a match with a player who was using a botting program. I have the match recorded and i have a screenshot of his recent match history. what steps can i take to make sure this player gets banned? I can upload the screenshot considering there is no player name information involved. So technically its not a name and shame. Its an anonymous and shame.

If you suspect someone of botting, cheating, or anything of the sort, always submit a ticket to Player Support. As you said, naming/shaming isn't allowed on the Boards, so a ticket would be the best way to let Riot know about what you noticed.

This ruined my game and i wish i could name and shame him or her So as to help people dodge this player to not have the same experience that i and other players have had to have.
i feel like name shaming should be allowed. people like this deserve worse than shame.
Sorry, didn't answer the ops question. Yes, it is and should be a ban. If he's not botting, he's trolling really hard.
