Just had this game as shaco. While I know that it was a 4v5, I'm 2/0 at 3 min in. If you're on the team with 5, is there any point in even playing if they can just reset no matter how well you're doing? I'm fine with remaking games if nothing has happened but this just feels cruel.
You can't remake if first blood has been given. Unless I'm misunderstanding you, this didn't happen.

It is quite unfair for you to go through champ select, loading screen, and then 3 min in game only for the game to not count, sending you back to the queue as if someone dodged. I propose that the team of 5 in a remake game get +10 ip and +1 lp for the wasted time.
