Twisted Fate's W doesn't work with statikk shiv

When you throw pick a card while statikk shiv's damage is up, the charges get wasted but no extra damage is dealt to the initial target or to any nearby enemies. I'm not sure but I don't think the extra damage from rapid firecannon is going through either.
