Wait so Riot is buffing Vlad

I mean I don't mind he's pretty fun at top... but if I'm not mistaken Vlad does a hell of a lot of damage already.

My bets are they're buffing him just so they can nerf him.

He was sitting at a 39% winrate.

Don't get me wrong, I hate Vlad as much (if not more) as anybody, but he was objectively weak.

I think people only see him as "doing a lot of damage" right now because before people that played vlad never stacked 4 stacks on E, and his Q damage was more spread out than just banging on hitting the empowered one.

If the opponent is even halfway competent his Crimson Rush buff is nearly useless. They can just back off for 2.5 seconds to avoid getting hit for double damage.

Counterplay is fine, but I really think the movement buff from Crimson Rush needs to be made actually noticeable...

he deals no damage compared to Old Vlad

I keep hearing his health costs are fucked tho.

I haven't had the heart to try him, being a former Vlad main.

I might to.orrow.

Riot did add a hell lot more Counterplay but it's a bit too much.

The crimson rush buff is pathetic and buggy right now, not to mention it lasts for a laughably short ammount of time.

Without spellvamp, vlad is basically killing himself with His main damage as well, with its pathetic slow and range.

Crimson Rush is a joke. It's only useful if you are in range when it procs, otherwise it drops off before you can use it. His E cost 10% of his health. He actually does more damage to himself early than to the enemy team. However, he is already pretty strong late even with these drawbacks.
