Voice chat downfall

This won't do any good unless you're playing with friends or high-elo where people are slightly less toxic. I can bear a keyboard warrior tipping his ass off but i don'twant to HEAR him insult my family or telling me to commit suddoku. CS:GO is a damn good example of why voice chat in an already toxic enviroment is a bad idea. I suggest making it available only on flex que or with premades if you really want to do this Riot.
