When u ever saw or complains? is extremely mediocre outside pro play and no reason to pick her besides a knockup and that clunky radar. got his base stats gutted because of the new passive and his only tool for actual damage is q that will anyway get nerfed next patch. The solution is simply restricting problematic champions for pro play instead of making them almost unplayable for everyone else.

I don't agree with nerfing Shen, but Rek Sai does see decent amount of play outside of Pro Scenes, does she deserve a nerf I dunno she's an early game champion and her ganks can be annoying to deal with but i only truly hated playing against Rek Sai when i'm immobile or being camped

No. I made a post talking about the pros and cons of balancing around LCS or yoloQ. I voted LCS balancing and i have repeatedly stated that they are being nerfed because of LCS and i have said the game should operate that way.

There were actually almost 10 posts if not more about riven buffs just look further and what exactly is 'unhealthy'about Shen ?explain or get out.

Both of those actually were complained about, the Riven buff in particular, but I saw at least one "why buff lux" thread during that PBE cycle as well.

These boards are a mix of whining about nerfs, whining about buffs, and whining about champions the players find annoying to play against, and that's just how it is right now.

The Lux buff is literally so small considering it's just a slow increase and is only useful for escaping. But some people are acting like riot buffed her into oblivion sending her into tier 1 mid laner when it's just not true.

Sure she's a safe and good pick but she's not really a tier 1 mid laner ATM imo
