Can we please do something about Yorick not being in the Free Rotation Queue?

I've been thinking about this, and it's really kind of silly to the point where it is pissing me off. If you didn't read the title or didn't know, Yorick is the only champion in the game to not be in the free weekly rotation, because "He isn't that fun a champion to play or play against."

But I don't know he's not fun, I haven't played him before because he is not in the free champ rotation. And I haven't had to much trouble against him considering I don't see him often enough because he isn't around in the rotation.

Does anyone else see this as a bit counter-productive? All the time here on the forums, they warn you Hey this link you just clicked is like face-checking a brush! Don't do that, unless you know what you are doing! Other words written here too! Yet they want me to spend my hard earned grind of IP or my actual money on RP so I can get a champ that isn't fun? Then I'd have to blow one of my three refunds or just sit their being disatisfied, or not because I've no idea whether I will like him or not!

In the past few months to a year, Riot has mad it a habit of "fixing" champs deemed broken cough cough Cass sucks cough cough her Q cast time is literally hell-filled-with-teemos cough cough but why not Yorick! Reduce the damage! Reduce the healing! Reduce his base health or mana or scaling or regen for either! Dear god Riot is it that difficult to change a champ so that they can't 1v2 and get a double kill at level 3?

Now all I ask, at the most, is Riot say something on the matter
