Lets talk Rengar - Diamond OTP (Long post but hear me out)

Rengar just got nerfed hard on the PBE and i believe they are in the right direction but i believe they could be better.

Hey im Exiõ (NA) a Rengar OTP in diamond with 920K Mastery and here is what i think should be changed about Rengar. Read everything as it all ties together before giving feed back!

Passive:

1 - Remove AD stacking passive and increase his base stats a little. This passive feels quite hard to balance and needless a simple stat boost will make it so he is relevant even after falling behind and when ahead isn't a god. it also lacks inattentiveness (or give some other stats?)

2 - Increase Rengar's leap range so he can jump drag and nash he use to be able to do this pre rework its not a huge change but QOL one.

3 - Remove bonus move speed from using empowered abilities and give him small bursts of movement speed every time he leaps (from bush and ult). Its so he can utilize the bush mechanic better and have better control in fights that take place in his element.

4 - Change 4 stacks to 5 and Remove the "jumping from out of combat to into combat grants a stack". Why? well if u get attacked first from out of combat u lose that stack just feels very inconsistent. Instead every time he jumps from a bush grant him a stack. Sounds OP but give it a cooldown ex. "every 5 seconds he that he jumps out of a bush he gains a stack"

Ult:

1 - Reduce stealth time (already on PBE) and give true sight on all enemies in range (make it so he knows what he is jumping into and overall better scouting for a shorter time). Ult indicator range reduction and true sight range reduction make him come close to see who is around. Ult movespeed starts slow and increases over the duration. Ult grants full stacks upon entering stealth (after fully camouflaged). Remove crit from ult and Ult grants full stacks as soon as he is in stealth. The crit is rather useless in a team fight and its merely a bonus for killing someone in a side lane, so instead give Rengar full true sight in a smaller range and empowered ability. In team fights or when making picks he knows who is around the person he is jumping and has an empowered ability for that situation (read abilities for this change)

Q:

1 - Remove dash, clunky and needless. keep the AOE dmg remove the dash so they don't q to move faster.

2 - Increase q cast speed or make an auto reset?

E: 1 - snare time is based off distance traveled!!!!!! so when u jump from stealth its not going to be unbeatable!

2 - Make it so he can cast it with out stooping his movements.

W:

1 - Keep as it is and only remove cc when casted and not after.

2 - scale with AD??! and reduce base dmg like yasuo.

TL;DR Make Rengar utilize bushes more and only use ult for fighting in lanes. My overall request is kindly don't gut him and make him soother QOL changes? and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GIVE ME A NICE SKIN( FIRE FANG RENGAR! TUNDRA HUNTER RENGAR!)
