'Member when they took spell vamp out of the game?

remember when they completely deleted a concept from a game instead of nerffing regen scaling with spell vamp items you mean? yes i remember.

Spellvamp was built on 2 champions. Vlad and morde... maybe swain as well. Literally nobody else built it and Vlad was the only one who used the item in any effective way and was literally chained to it whether he liked it or not. Why would you keep the stat when only one champion used it effectively? Just remove it and change the champion that is dependent on it to not be dependent on it.
