Fiora's Parry

It was fine when it was just a passive AD and an auto reflection. It was the auto-attack version of a Sivir shield, but it had passive bonuses and also returned damage. But now it's a self-cast Kayle ult that not only absorbs CC but returns it. I've only had a few match-ups with the remade Fiora, but it's been quite painful. It doesn't seem like any champion I've played yet can trade with her anymore.

Is she legitimately too strong right now, or am I simply missing a glaring weakness on her?
