How the Heck Do You Beat This New Fiora In Lane?

I am having a ridiculous amount of trouble with the reworked Fiora in top lane. Unless the person playing her makes an egregious mistake, I never win a match-up with her. The change to her parry is frustrating. It now blocks ALL damage AND CC for a short time, and then stuns you if you tried to CC her! A Kayle ultimate on steroids, on a basic ability. Yeah, that's cool.

The only real way to attack her is to bait the parry out. The problem is, the only way to do that is to engage her and wait for her to use it, or wait for her to engage you and stall your damage until she uses it. The latter is a stupid decision. The former is hard to pull off because she can use her dash to get away once she realizes she's vulnerable. I just don't see any innate weakness on her at the moment, which is why people are spamming her top lane right now I would wager.

Are there any champions that just beat the hell out of her?
