Jayce Is Trash With New Runes

I have over 2.5k game on this champ across 18 accounts total. Almost all those accounts have gotten to diamond+ in 40 games or less.

On my current smurf I have now been playing over 60 games and am in Gold 1. I play Jayce as usual, and his damage is just so shit. Ive tried thunderlords, I tried Aery, PTA, Klepto, and literally nothing is good. Its all complete garbage because everything top lane is Tanks. And to counter tanks I needed Fervor and the 7% armor pen. But no, these runes have no armor pen, and i lose my 24 Lethality level 1. So now Jayce does literally no damage and im forced to build full crit because those items are broken as shit.

Crit items cost a lot cheaper than the normal Youmuus/Black Cleaver/Duskblade/Edge of Night build you use on Jayce. Not only do the crit items cost less, but they do tons more damage. Why bother playing this shit when its all based on ADCs.
