Legit one game, and i get an instant 10 game chat restriction? No other games, just this one. Honor 3, no previous reports, no previous toxic games, but this one in general gets me punished because our support trolls? I even said sorry to her for no reason in hopes shed quit trolling and play the game.

She claims she started to afk/int because i flamed her, even tho i didnt. She also says she started trolling because I went Jayce ADC, even tho i Have a 100% wr with it on ADC (until now sadly, because i got a troll support).

And you know what the best part is? Is everyone on my team was agreeing to report her for inting/trolling, and was standing by my side through the whole thing. But in the end, Im the one who gets punished for getting mad at an afk/inter, and the troll gets off the hook.

Your banning system is legit garbage. You wonder why people are toxic? Its because they get trolls on their team who dont care about winning and will just troll for fun. But they dont get punished, only the people who stand up to the trolls get banned.

So one of two things are true. Either the guy was truly inting, in which case you spent an entire game feeding a troll (ie. giving him EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED), or the guy was having a bad game, in which case you spent an entire game flaming somebody for messing up. Neither is okay.

You're responsible for your own action. You're being toxic doesn't solve toxic problems. The banning system is perfectly fine and did its job. This punishment is well deserved. You retaliated thinking it's okay to be toxic to another toxic player. As the banning system sees it "two wrongs do not make right." Remember, this is your first penalty. Do not retaliate against your team, do not insult, do not flame, do not be negative, and do not be toxic to your teammates nor enemies, regardless of the situation. You've been reported quite a few times to trigger the first penalty.

I'd suggest just muting the player and ignoring them. Do not even harass them by threatening to report them. That also solves nothing in the game and will trigger another penalty for harassment.

Actually they know exactly what they are doing. IMO the punishment system should be harsher than it is. There is no justification for combating negativity with more negativity in a video game.

If you are getting angry at the status or outcome of a video game that is a personal issue dealing with emotional stability / anger management. It has nothing to do with Riot , the game , Competitive, legitimate rule breakers or anything else you can come up with.

Sooooooo here is a bonus cut and paste for you to explain this whole concept.

If someone intentionally feeds/ afk etc and you flame them for it

you deserve to be punishing just as much as they do.

If someone calls you every name in the book and makes up some new ones -- and you respond

you deserve to be punished just as much as they do.

If someone simply isn't answering your pings , chat or playing the way you think they should and you "call them out"

You deserve to be punished

It does not matter "why" you did it ...the fact is you did . That's the only think that matters in the above cases.

No matter what game mode your in certain things just are not allowed reacting to anything you dont like in game is one of the things not allowed,

In other words you ( according to Riots behavioral policy) have no right to

  • be verbally abusive/ verbally offesive
  • react or "defend yourself" against others being verbally abusive
  • chastise those legitimately breaking the rules
  • Chastise those who you don't agree with
  • complain about anything
  • Rant about any personal grievance in the game
  • giving any type of negative commentary regarding whats happening in the game

Doing any of the above can lead to various punishments including permaban's So here is the lessons you should take from this on the mature and civilized way to handle things which will also ensure you are following Riots behavioral guidelines

So yes if someone is saying the most vile insults to you ever spoken,

the proper action according to Riot is mute and report without any response including " report x or i'm muting you"

If any amount of people are breaking every game play rule in the book

The proper action according to Riot is ignore them don't respond with anything -- even "report x"

yes you might lose a match and some lP if in ranked its still just a video game and not a serious life or death situation if you do.

and really---

Which is the best coarse of action if you don't want to be punished given Riots current policy?

1 Not reacting or responding in any way shape or form and losing a match and some Lp ...which really has no "real value" and can eventually be replaced

2 Reacting, "defending yourself", "sarcastic " responses, chastising rule breakers or simply just complaining about think you don't like in game and risking losing your entire account that does have monetary value?

The safest option is in other words if you cant say anything positive ..without being sarcastic about it .. don't say anything at all.

If you pick option 2 its inevitable that you will eventually end up perma banned

Dude you need to focus more on you and less on others. You probably don't want to hear that but it's true. Stop focusing on other and allowing yourself to become a problematic player. The game revolves around the certainty that you will win some and you will lose some so sometimes you just need to relax and accept that losing is going to happen or you might have to farm in to the game after laning with someone you don't like.

There was more of this behavior, but I highlighted some of it. All this does is create more negativity, and basically become harassment. One request for reports is fine (if unnecessary, as one report is as meaningful as 9 reports), but more becomes both harassment AND spreading excess negativity. Everyone can tell she's inting, and you complaining about it and blaming her over and over isn't helping anyone.

The lowest form of punishment, yes. For a game in which you harassed a player with report requests, were consistently negative, and had several insults. This seems reasonable.
