what happened to my game?

ok so i was playing a ranked game and i was doing really bad im not gonna lie but we were gonna win cus our volibear and ekko carried so my game tells me im attempting to reconnect so i ALT+TAB out of my screen to see if my connection is fine and then it wont let me open up my game so now i had to exit the game and i was going to try to reconnect but as soon as i got back online my game was gone and doesnt say anything about it in my match history
