Fizz Nerfs

hey so maybe since fizz is so weak and he cant get 1v5s anymore we should buff him like this:

-Passive: every step fizz takes, every second that passes and every unit that he kills gives him stacks that each count as 20 permanent AP

-Q: make it so that instead of clicking someone you press q and it auto-targets a nearby champion

-W: gains 10 damage with every stack of the new said passive on next auto

-E: every time he doesnt double jump he gets 50 AP for 25 seconds and he gets a bud light also

-R: buff it so that instead of a shark chuthulu comes out and if he doesnt feast on the soul of an enemy champion he kills the enemy nexus and you win.

Or you could nerf him.
